How to Raise and Track Tickets?
🛠️ PMCHSU Support Center – Step-by-Step Guide

1️⃣ Step 1: Access the Help Center
Open a browser and go to:
👉 https://up.pmchsu.com/help-me.php
You’ll be taken to the Support or Help Desk section of the portal.
2️⃣ Step 2: Choose an Option
You will likely see two main options:
Submit a New Support Ticket
Check Status of Existing Ticket
Click the appropriate option based on your need.
3️⃣ Step 3: Raise a New Support Ticket
If you're submitting a new query:
Click “Raise New Ticket” or “Submit Request”
Fill in the support form:
🧑 Name
📧 Email Address
📱 Mobile Number
🆔 E-HRMS Code (if applicable)
📝 Subject of the Issue
📄 Detailed Description
📎 Attach a screenshot or document (optional but helpful)
Click Submit or Create Ticket
✅ You should be able to copy Ticket ID with the Copy Ticket ID link.
**It is preferred to either write or take a screenshot of the Ticket ID for further reference**
4️⃣ Step 4: Track an Existing Ticket
Go back to https://up.pmchsu.com/help-me.php
Click “Track Ticket” or “Check Ticket Status”
Enter:
Your Ticket ID
Your email address or mobile number
Click Search or Check Status
You will see your ticket's:
Current status (Pending, In Progress, Resolved)
Admin reply or requested action
Resolution history
5️⃣ Step 5: Follow Up or Respond
If the admin team requests more information:
Log in using the ticket portal
Use the reply or comment field in your ticket thread
Add attachments if needed
