E-HRMS Code – Enter your unique code.
Password – Enter your existing password.
✅Answer the Verification Question
Below the password field, you’ll see a simple addition question like 5 + 3 = ?
Enter the correct answer (in this case, 8)
This is used to verify you're not a bot.
❗ New users or first-time users: See [First-Time Login Guide].
✅ Step 3: Click the "Login" Button
After entering valid credentials, click Login.
You'll be redirected to your User Dashboard.
🔁 Forgot Password?
Click on “Forgot Password?”
Fill in:
Registered Email
Registered Mobile Number
E-HRMS Code
Select and answer your Security Question
Submit and set a new password.

Set your password and proceed to login.

🔐 Step 1: Visit the Password Reset Page
Open your browser and go to:

📝 Step 2: Fill in Your Registered Details
On the password reset form, enter the following:
📧 Registered Email Address
📱 Registered Mobile Number
🆔 E-HRMS Code
❓ Select Your Security Question
📝 Enter the Correct Answer to the selected security question
🔒 Your security answer must exactly match the one you set during registration or first-time login.
🔄 Step 3: Submit the Form
Double-check all the fields for accuracy.
Click the “Submit” button.
The system will verify your information.
🔑 Step 4: Set a New Password
If your details are verified, you will be redirected to the Set New Password page.
Enter a New Password following these rules:
Minimum 8 characters
At least one uppercase letter
At least one number
At least one special character (e.g., @, #, $)
Confirm your password by typing it again.
Click “Reset Password” or “Submit.”

Welcome to the PMCHSU Membership Portal. Follow this guide to log in and set your password for the first time.

On the login screen, click on the link/button labeled "First Login & Password Generation".
You will be asked to enter the following details:
📧 Registered Email Address
📱 Registered Mobile Number
🆔 E-HRMS Code
🎂 Date of Birth (in DD-MM-YYYY format)
🔒 Important: All information must match what is registered in the PMCHSU database.
🔄 Step 3: Verify Your Details
Click “Submit” after entering all required information.
The system will verify your details.
If successful, you will be redirected to the Password Setup Page.
🔑 Step 4: Set Your Password
Create a New Password.
Recommended password rules:
Minimum 8 characters
Include at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character (e.g., @, #, $)
Re-enter the password in the Confirm Password field.
Click “Set Password” or “Submit”.
💡 Tip: Choose a strong and memorable password. Avoid using your name, date of birth, or simple patterns.
